Canara Announces Acquisition of Power Service Concepts, Inc. to Strengthen Battery Asset Management Services

Acquisition expands resources, broadens service capacity and adds important northeast customers as Canara prepares for accelerating growth
 

ATLANTA – April 10, 2018 - Canara, the trusted leader in critical power analytics and battery asset management services, today announced it has acquired Power Service Concepts, Inc., a leading battery services firm based in the greater New York metro area.  The acquisition adds significant field service resources as Canara continues to focus on the growing battery services market.

Power Service Concepts has a 30-year track record of managing battery design, installation, maintenance, and testing requirements. With many long-term customers in the financial services and logistics markets, Power Service Concepts is experienced supporting the very stringent requirements of data center backup power infrastructure.

Both Canara and Power Service Concepts offer a broad array of battery services and a hardware-agnostic approach.  Canara will continue to complement battery services with Canara Insight for Batteries monitoring software to deliver superior information allowing customers to make informed decisions about their battery assets.
